DSPSR in collaboration with IQAC DSPSR

The course was introduced on May 25th, 2020. The course duration   was 30 hours. The course was conducted by DSPSR in collaboration with IQAC DSPSR. 563 students had enrolled for the same. The corona virus outbreak caused major disruptions to the daily life of all the people. The students also experienced increased stress and anxiety, which disturbed their physical and mental health. 

This course offered a better understanding of how the brain reacts to crises, along with some powerful tools for managing it. During this course students were made to learn breathing techniques, meditation, yoga , and interesting activities in order to divert their attention from the stressors towards means to de-stress. Ms. Simran Kaur, Counselor of DSPSR also conducted psychometric testing in order to  measure a candidate's abilities and help explore behavior,  attitude  and aptitude.
