OBJECTIVES

LONG TERM OBJECTIVE (2020)

To present research based case studies to the world about the success stories of transformational leaders created by DSPSR.

 

MIDDLE TERM OBJECTIVE (2015)

To become among the top 100 internationally Accredited B – Schools in the world by 2015 dedicated for developing transformational leaders with global vision.

 

SHORT TERM OBJECTIVE (2011)

To become amongst the top 50 Internationally accredited B-School in India by 2011 in atleast one of the national level ranking bodies.

 

PHILOSOPHY

We follow the philosophy of VEDANTA, which is universally applicable. VEDANTA is not only in academics, but at DSPSR and SHTR, it is imbibed in the day-to-day activities. This helps all the members of SHTR family in discovering their inner self and the purpose of life leading to happiness and bliss.
Today management has become an integral part of human life. VEDANTA has many things to contribute in diverse areas of management like, sustainable motivation, leadership, communication, decision making, self development, and development of an appropriate work culture. The ancient Indian wisdom especially “KARMA YOGA
” is very much applicable to management in order to create healthy work culture in an organization. “KARMA YOGA” not only leads to material prosperity, but also to creating qualitative management culture and spiritual development leading to human salvation. Our philosophy aims at holistic development of the society as a whole, and organization and individuals in particular based on sustainable principles and values.
