Philosophy

We follow the philosophy of VEDANTA that is universally applicable. VEDANTA at DSPSR does not remain only in academics, but is imbibed in the day-to-day activities. This helps all the members of DSPSR family in discovering their inner self and the purpose of life leading to happiness and joy. VEDANTA has many things to contribute in diverse areas of management like, sustainable motivation and leadership, communication, decision making, self-development, and development of an appropriate work culture. Today management has become an integral part of human life.
The ancient Indian wisdom especially Karma Yoga is very much applicable in management to create healthy work culture in an organization. Karma Yoga not only leads to material prosperity but also qualitative management culture and spiritual development leading to human salvation. Our philosophy aims at holistic development of the society as a whole and organization and individuals in particular based on sustainable principles.

About Our Logo

The logo of Delhi School of Professional Studies and Research is the blend of both tradition and modernity. The hands in the logo signify team work, trust, and human values which is the foundation of DSPSR. The globe in the logo reflects holistic approach, i.e. unity between the divide, individual and the universe. The archer is the symbol of ‘KARMA YOGA’. It is the yoga of moral endeavour and selfless work (NISHKAM KARMA). The quotation from the Gita on the top of the logo “Yogah Karmsu Kaushalam” means yoga is dexterity in action. The dexterity is bound to keep one ready for action with a composed mind, and efficiency is the outcome of all such actions performed.
The green color used in the logo is the color of Harmony and Intervention. Green color is idealistic, socially aware, helpful, and selfless. It is gateway in the spectrum as the heart in the body. Green can see both sides but is moralistic.
Green is the blend of Blue and Yellow color where Yellow represents mentor rigor, precision and clear thoughts. Blue color is the spirit of truth, and the higher order of intelligence and wisdom. Blue is peace with a purpose which values integrity, honor and sincerity.
Orange color of the logo is associated with joy and creativity. It promotes a sense of general wellness and emotional energy that should be shared such as compassion, passion, and warmth.
